Most of the books are self explanatory by their titles. The problem some people have is in distinguishing between "Government Money - Change Your Life" and "Government Money For Entrepreneurs III". They both include federal, state and local money programs for starting and expanding a business. The trade offs are that the Change Book is more current than Government Money but Government Money is much more complete for those who are only looking for help with entrepreneuring. It includes help with legal, marketing and management problems.
