I guess you mean the ones with the question marks. Matthew Lesko goes into stores and buy suits off the racks like everyone else, but then Matthew Lesko has someone he pays to cut out little question marks from fabric and sew them on the suit. Matthew Lesko has about 5 suits like that now and counting.
